Your data, deletion, and how we handle sensitive information
What data do you collect?
We collect the information you provide in the assessment and wizard — name, contact details, nationality, income, employment, family composition, and the answers needed to generate your visa forms. We do not collect or store financial account numbers, social security numbers, or passport images. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request complete deletion of your data from our servers at any time. Once deleted, we cannot recover your information or regenerate your documents.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties that receive any of your information are our essential service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery), and only the minimum data required for those services to function.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. Your personal data and application details are never used to train AI models.
