The $399 fee, payment methods, families, and refunds
Going the DIY route costs nothing upfront but typically takes 60+ hours of research, with real risk of formatting errors or missing requirements that lead to rejection. Immigration lawyers charge thousands of dollars and often delegate the actual form-filling to paralegals. Relocation agencies bundle visa help into expensive packages that include services you may not need. Our platform gives you lawyer-grade document accuracy at a fraction of the cost, with the entire process completed in typically under an hour. The $399 is a one-time payment — no subscriptions, no hidden fees, no upsells.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe is PCI-compliant, which means your payment information is handled with bank-level security. We never see or store your full card number.
The $399 covers one visa pathway (one country, one visa type). If you're applying with a spouse and children, the wizard generates forms for your entire family unit — there's no additional per-person charge for dependents included in your application.
When you add a spouse and children in the wizard, the platform generates individual forms for every person — separate visa applications, NIE forms, responsible declarations, and parental authorizations. Your document checklist tracks per-person requirements including which family members need FBI checks, apostilles, and translations. One $399 purchase covers your entire household.
The platform fee covers document preparation and the wizard. You'll still need to pay for government application fees (which go directly to the consulate/immigration authority), apostilles, official translations, health insurance, and any other third-party services required for your visa. Our wizard provides a complete cost breakdown so there are no surprises.
Your payment is processed entirely by Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. We never see or store your full card details. All sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256 bank-grade encryption, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings.
