30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. We offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.

You May Request a Full Refund If:

  • You are not satisfied with the Service for any reason
  • You request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
  • You have not yet generated your visa application documents (once documents are generated, the core service has been delivered)

No Refunds After:

  • You have generated your visa application documents, including pre-filled forms, checklists, or cover letters (at that point, we have delivered the core service)
  • 30 days have passed since your original purchase date
  • You have submitted your application to a consulate or embassy

Why This Policy

Once documents are generated, we have delivered the core service you purchased. The 30-day window gives you ample time to explore the Platform, complete the wizard, and decide if it meets your needs before generating your documents.

If your generated documents contain material errors attributable to a Platform defect (such as incorrect form field mappings, missing required fields, or corrupted PDF output), contact support@impossibletoname.com with details of the issue. We will either regenerate corrected documents at no charge or, if we cannot resolve the defect, issue a full refund regardless of whether the 30-day window has passed.

Our $399 one-time fee covers the full household (primary applicant plus spouse and dependents). There are no partial refunds or prorated amounts. Refunds are full refunds only.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@impossibletoname.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your account email address and a brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve).
  3. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests indicating a pattern of abuse
  • Chargebacks filed simultaneously with a refund request

Visa Denial Policy

If your visa application is denied by a consulate after using our document preparation service, please contact us at support@impossibletoname.com. While we cannot guarantee refunds in these cases (as visa decisions are made by government agencies, not by us), we evaluate each situation individually and may offer a goodwill refund depending on the circumstances. Your successful relocation matters more to us than a single platform fee.
