- Who it’s for
- US citizens with passive income (pensions, investments, rental income) who will not work in Spain
- Income requirement
- 400% of Spain’s IPREM, currently €2,400 a month for solo applicants (adjusted for family)
- Key difference from DNV
- You commit to not working in Spain. Income must be passive.
- Medical certificate
- Required. Must be issued within 90 days of application
- Additional requirement
- Notarized affidavit declaring intent and financial means
